We recommend at least three weeks’ notice to ensure we can gather and ship any necessary supplies, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our schedule allows.

If you're in Philadelphia, HandmadeU Studio on Germantown Avenue offers a cozy space for craft parties. With room for up to 12 people and convenient parking, it's perfect for intimate, creative gatherings.

We are a non profit group with a small budget, are we able to negotiate the price point to meet our budget?

Absolutely, reach out to us, we can take a look at the project you are interested in and will put together a proposal within your budget.

Can we set it up so that each individual submits payment for their supplies.

Yes, we are flexible, we can set up a listing on our website for your group and send you the link to share.

Can we purchase our own supplies?

We prefer to order supplies that we have worked with and tested to ensure the best possible outcome in our workshops. If you have access to a supply and want to negotiate, just ask and we can work together to come up with the best resolution.
